- Auctor Corporation
announces its selection by Microsoft Corporation as one of four new
Windows CE operating system System Integrators (Sis). This award
strengthens Auctor's position as a major provider of products and
services to Windows CE applications. The Windows CE operating
system was designed as an embedded platform to empower the
development of emerging computing appliances by Original Equipment Manufacturers
(OEMs) The Windows CE System Integrator program
insures third-party resources and expertise are available to assist
OEMs in bringing their Windows CE-based products to market
quicker for consumer and industrial markets. "The new additions
to the System Integrator program highlight the momentum that is
building for the Windows CE Operating System in the embedded
market," stated Harel Kodesh, General Manager of Microsoft
Corporation's Consumer Appliance Group.
