filing, telephone are required. Accounting & marketing background preferred. Logic Design-Engineer Responsibilities: Instrumental in the specification and
design of VLSI chips for PC-based hardware; responsible for the specification,
design and implementation of key components of a highly integrated X86 embedded
controller; responsible for verification and testing of all or part of developed
VLSIs, including involvement in the testing of prototype parts. Interact
with layout and other back-end processes which are performed by service providers,
partners or internally. Requirements: Must have at least 4 years VLSI hardware design
experience; must have completed on full design cycle. Knowledge of Verilog
and Synopsis/ Cadence is required. A MSEE or MSCS is required BIOS Engineers Responsibilities: design, develop, debug, maintain, adapt and
deploy, including embedded BIOS for X86-based platforms, and work with all
aspects of firmware development, including chipset programming, SDRAM
programming, microcode update, and much more; must be able to interface with
logic design engineers and system engineers to define the firmware support of
X86-based platforms Requirements: must be fluent in 80x85 Assembly language
and C; must have a minimum 3 years of successful BIOS development and deployment
